In one engagement, a man with a stable job and growing technical competence continued to experience severe self-doubt, negative internal dialogue, and chronic anxiety rooted in earlier bullying. Although his external circumstances had improved, his internal assumptions had not updated accordingly. Through ongoing one-to-one work, implicit self-perception patterns were identified and gradually revised.
